In fact, probably my all-time favorite scripture for teaching absolute truth is... (doctrine:-) D&C 84:47 And every one that hearkeneth to the voice of the Spirit cometh unto God, even the Father. Once we "receive" the Holy Ghost, and do all that we can to remain worthy and follow that voice -- this is the assurance to all of God's children. Exaltation is fixed and immovable. All that is required of us, is that we receive it - according to God's plan. The mission of the Church, is to administer this imperative Gift to all mankind - that's it. The rest, is up to us...
