I understand the sentiment. However, God has found me, and pulled me out of the LDS Church, and filled me with His peace. God has given me strength, wisdom and the Spirit to guide me. This idea is abhorrent to an LDS person. Now I rest in the peaceful assurance that no organization will define my place with God. The reason family members keep sending me links like this is because they DO believe the power of an organization stands at the gate. A sibling sent me this link. I understand the sentiment.
