I'm disabled in that I have degenerative joints in my knees. Doctors can't do anything about it. I am assuming this is because I'm overweight and it's very hard to exercise for me due to the bad knees. Changing how I eat and doing chair exercises has helped me lose weight, but hasn't cured me. I still have constant pain. I recently started going back to the church after being inactive for almost four years and it's helped my depression tremendously!
