I find it so hard to describe how the spirit has worked in my life. It’s sort of like describing the color orange. You cannot. You can only be shown the color orange and told that is what it is. With a spiritual experience, no description is really possible. It has to happen with the individual. But once it has happened, it can be recognized.
My life has been one of spiritual ups and downs. During the downs, especially in the thrall of depression, I cannot feel the spirit in my life at all. But during those up times, I know without a doubt that I have been touched by the Holy Ghost. That is the only reason I have a testimony.
